• via the contact chat (name, email, message).

Purpose

This data is used solely to handle your stay request or message. It is never sold.

Analytics

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you consent via the dedicated banner. You can decline without affecting your browsing.

Payment

Any payments (deposit) are handled by Stripe; we store no card data.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted.
