1. Booking
Any request made on the site is a booking request, confirmed by us by email within 24h subject to availability.
2. Rates & deposit
Rates are in euros, breakfast included. A [30]% deposit may be requested upon confirmation; the balance is paid on arrival.
3. Cancellation
If cancelled more than [30] days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. Within [30] days, it is retained. [To be specified.]
4. Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
The house accepts no liability for theft of or damage to guests' personal belongings.
